tofabulous.

Nestled below the fig trees at Garden Mania, this is where dogs are treated like the royalty they think they are. Arrive sandy, salty and gloriously filthy. Leave feeling fabulous.

Transforming the grooming experience for your four-legged family members. We take the time to get to know you and your dog, so every visit is as calm and enjoyable as it can be.

what matters

Our promise to you

These principles guide every groom, every interaction and every decision we make. They keep us focused on treating every dog with the love, patience and respect they deserve.

Calm over speed

Every dog gets the time they need. No rush, no stress, no cutting corners. We book fewer dogs each day on purpose, so no one is ever hurried through to make room for the next.

Patience

Trust takes time, so we move at your dog's pace. Nails and matts still need doing for their health, but always with the gentlest approach and breaks when needed.

Open communication

You'll always know how the groom really went. How your dog coped, what they found tricky, and anything we noticed on their skin, ears or coat. Blast dryer too much? We'll tell you, and try a different way next time.

Emotional intelligence

Anxious, energetic, senior and tender. We get to know each dog as an individual, read what their body is telling us, and adapt our approach to meet them where they are.

Respect

A beautiful groom means nothing if your dog leaves traumatised. How they feel during the experience matters more than how they look at the end of it.

Confidence that grows

Every visit should make the next one a little easier. We build good associations one groom at a time, so nervous dogs learn the salon is a safe place, and happy dogs stay that way.

my story

The Journey Here.

I've been a dog person since before I had words. There's a photo of me as a baby, sitting beside our "Faithful", apparently deep in conversation about sunshine and green grass. My mum thought it was cute. I think it was the beginning of my journey to this very chapter of my life.

Curious how two decades of superyachts, private islands and pie making eventually brought me home, both to Coffs Harbour and to the crazy dog lady I've always been?
