Coat Reset
from$20When matting sits close to the skin, brushing it out isn't the kind option. A coat reset is a pre-clip that takes the coat back to a short, even length beneath the matting, so your dog gets a fresh start. It's quicker and far more comfortable than a long brush-out, and the new coat grows back healthy. We'll always talk it through with you before we clip.

Dematting
from$20 / 15 minMats happen to the best-loved dogs, especially after swimming, rain or a big coat growth spurt. We gently work them out using specialised tools like mat breakers and detangling brushes, a little at a time and with breaks. If a mat is too tight to remove comfortably, we'll stop and talk to you about clipping that area instead.

Pawdicure
from$25Nails trimmed, then smoothed with a quiet rotary file so the edges are rounded rather than sharp. That means fewer scratches on legs and floors, fewer snags, and a more comfortable stance for your dog. Perfect for keeping nails in check between full grooms.

Tooth Brushing
from$15A proper scrub with Hydra Dental Paste, a professional pet toothpaste. It's fluoride-free, cleans gently with calcium carbonate and bicarbonate soda, and has a fruity flavour most dogs are happy to accept. It leaves breath fresher and is a great habit between vet dental checks, though it won't remove hardened tartar.

Ear Plucking
from$20A light tidy of the loose hair just inside the ear canal, for dogs that grow hair there and have a little build-up. It helps air flow and keeps ears easier to clean. This is gentle maintenance only. We only pluck dogs who are comfortable with it, we never force it, and we don't do deep plucking that can irritate the ear. If ears look red or sore, we'll let you know it's time for a vet check.
